It needs to be addressed. It was an oversight and is correctable. It's not about how proficient our students are, it's what students know in relation to the standards. The test scores are a single snapshot on a single day of testing.

With small schools and declining enrollment, two or three kids can dramatically affect test scores. We tested 75 fewer students district wide than last year.

A biography is like a handshake down the years, that can become an arm-wrestle.

If a school is open, it's eligible. We have no intention of closing the school. We are anticipating more students.

This is absolutely not the same thing as credit card fraud.
