We're going to end up with a net increase of 200 parking spaces. The garage itself won't be a complete cure for the parking problems.

We'll try to do what we can, when we can, and hopefully we can do site work this month and drainage. We recently entered into a short agreement with the CRA that will allow us to start demolition on site when they are vacant. Hopefully, we're still in a position to be under construction in March. We're working on the plans now.
