I thought I probably should have won. I made some stupid mistakes.

Those late runs are always huge. We only had a 2-1 lead at the time, and we were able to stretch it out to 6-2. That's huge, and it takes a lot of pressure off our bullpen. We haven't been able to do a lot of that lately for our pitchers.

That's all that counts for us right now.

I think you'd see a lot of teams roll over in that situation. We continued to take it one at-bat at a time and it nearly added up in the end.

It was a nice turnaround.

I think the thing that helps is the ocean swells. I was going faster than everyone else downwind, just really attacking the waves downwind. I'm not used to waves like that.

It changes things a lot when one of the best pitchers in the game gets ejected. I think you'd see a lot of teams roll over in that situation.

We won. That's all we really care about now.

I was kind of working through the ball and trying to catch it, and all of a sudden I'm lying on the ground. I still got a piece of it, but not enough, ... At the time, [they were] two pretty big runs. At the time, it's like the whole stadium's watching you. You have that feeling -- you're thinking that might have been the game.
