That's a major breakthrough for Washington state.
Until we know exactly what we want, there's not much point in trying to work out grant applications or anything like that. I think we would be a lot wiser to leave those questions until we've had some input on the design and those costs.
That just creates unacceptable risk to taking out major portions of the city, and that's something we're just not going to go for.
Most of the area you see scooped out in here has happened since last fall, last summer.
