They are scheduled to come home, around the last of October or first of November.

This community has won.

I think this whole thing is huge for the community. We turned around the Department of Defense.

They've built a little over 30 schools, they're working with the coalition training the Iraqi army, they're doing border security, they're doing a little bit of everything. There's just a myriad of different tasks they're doing over there.

We have a door open to discuss with the Defense Department what might be available ... The coming year is a crucial time.

We don't know how long it will be before they arrive back at their Smyrna Airport base.

We're monitoring the situation, and we'll decide if there's anything that should happen on the Guard side.

I've been telling the kids all along we were the best 4-5 team in the state. We're as good as anybody in Class D. We went in No. 1 last year and have a lot of veterans back, but we just weren't closing out games until tonight.

That's an aberration. In our last game against Washington Academy we made about 67 percent, but before that we were 54 percent as a team, so we've spent a lot of time in practice shooting foul shots for the last couple of games.
