It went from there, I loved it.

In the beginning, it was the competitiveness and I took it to the limit. In the last decade, it's been helping people. I've started getting into coaching people, personal training and leading pace groups at major marathons. I'm really having fun with that, so it's keeping me active in it.

I work out a lot of personal problems, I do a lot of my self psycho-analyzing. I use it as my own mental therapy, along with the socializing with my friends that I run with.

I've got a really good feel for that and I enjoy it.
