The teachers have worked really well with the students, too, as far as the work assignments.

It is more than just learning in the classroom ... Learning is more involved than that and more complex than that.

Sometimes they like it and sometimes they think well, it's not something that I would be interested in for a career, which is the whole purpose of the program, so that they really recognize that interest level really does have to match their skill levels.

I went to the meeting. I thought it was a great opportunity for our students and then in the discussions and how [the chamber was] talking about the program, they said that in the future they said that they would hope to expand it to more students having the opportunity to go.

It was interesting watching them, when I went to the one session, watching them interact and watching them interact with other kids from other schools.

They work with building relationships, and you build relationships in your workplace, too.
