Hopefully, everybody's focus is more on the game, or the pitcher that we are facing, or the hitters that we are facing.

I think the more we study and pay attention to what guys are doing, we might be able to pick up tendencies and might be able to do the little things a little bit better.

I had checked swings at a couple of pitches early. I got myself behind.

I think he's matured [offensively], and maybe reached the level everybody thought he was going to reach when he got to the league. He just kind of put the team on his back when Chipper was down. Now he's the one guy that teams look at when they come in to face the Braves, the one guy they're going to try not to let beat them.

You can underestimate the importance of playing every day. I've learned that the hard way.

Everybody's starting to come together, ... and believe that other teams aren't better than us.

Of course, the last-place team went through adversity, too.

He's picked us up all year. It's time for us to pick him up a little bit.

Right now, whatever the reason, we are not doing enough to win consistently and we have to definitely try to put it together so we can win consistently, because we have a great opportunity staring us in the face and it would be a shame to let it get away.
