At this point, we're getting ready to wrap up the first investigation probably in the next week or two. Then we'll get started on the second one and that could take a few weeks out before everything is completed.

I think it was surprising to me that this type of incident happens in general, whether it's John or anyone else. When these types of issues happen, it surprises anyone.
