FameRank: 10

"Piers Stefan Pughe-Morgan", known professionally as "Piers Morgan", is a British journalist and television personality currently working in the United States as the US editor-at-large for Mail Online.

Morgan is the editorial director of First News (newspaper)/First News, a national newspaper for children published in the UK. He began hosting Piers Morgan Live on CNN on 17 January 2011. The show replaced Larry King Live in the 9:00 pm timeslot following Larry King/King's retirement. Piers Morgan Live was cancelled by CNN in February 2014 and aired its final broadcast on March 28, 2014. Morgan is a former judge on America's Got Talent and Britain's Got Talent, and a winner of The Apprentice (U.S. Season 7)/Celebrity Apprentice.

In the UK, Morgan worked as a writer and editor for several British tabloid journalism/tabloids, including The Sun (United Kingdom)/The Sun, News of the World and the Daily Mirror. In November 2012, he was heavily criticised in the official findings of the Leveson Inquiry, when Lord Leveson stated that comments made in Morgan's testimony about phone hacking were "utterly unpersuasive" and "clearly prove ... that he was aware that it was taking place in the press as a whole and that he was sufficiently unembarrassed by what was criminal behaviour that he was prepared to joke about it".

But given the way we were able to get that job, I have grave misgiving as to any certainty about who the other ones are there. I cannot rule out that there are other people lurking at the palace who've got their own dodgy references.

When your child goes to school you've got no idea what they're supposed to be learning and how they are being taught.

I am absolutely desperate to win, purely to see Jeremy Clarkson's face as I do a little celebratory conga on stage.

Parents often get mixed messages about what's happening in the school.

We now know that one of the footman at the palace was a Daily Mirror journalist.

Parents want to know things like how much homework their kids are doing, is it too much, what should they be reading, and at what level.

There are dark forces out there Paul, be careful. Watch your back.

I don't think it's very easy to arrange car crashes.

Peter is one of the most respected journalists in the world, and we are delighted he is joining us to expose the truth about a war increasingly dominated by propaganda.
