They're a lively group and probably should have won last week. Plus, they play a 3-5-2 formation and that definitely presents a challenge.

There's an old saying, 'Defense wins championships' and there's a big question mark there. It's been there the whole season, it's been our Achilles' heel. We can talk about it all we want, coaches continue to harp on it, but it takes our defensive players on the field to stand up and do their job and it's as simple as that.

You couldn't say more about this team, ... We have been taking a beating because we haven't been pitching shutouts but, that being said, we got it when it counts.

We can't think that just because we are playing at home that it will be a walk in the park, ... This is going to be the team will either going to end our season or going to be the springboard to our championship, so we'll have to deal with them.

It's very difficult when a player from a wide position is running full-speed at you. He's got a full head of speed and our defenders are stopped. He obviously was the key for (the Fire) tonight.

We've never had trouble creating chances. We just need to get back to basics and keep doing the same things we've done for years.
