Many times I asked myself, 'Who is a painter in your own eyes?'

We are delighted that the museum is coming to the Empire State Building. This is the center of all the great cartoonists, and the museum belongs in New York City.

The problem here is with a human being, not with a monster, not with an animal. The human being does things that even the monster does not do, because the human is more sophisticated.

Particularly, I enjoy strolling in the streets, watching passersby, gazing at the beautiful variety of the dresses and perceiving their joy; their sadness. At home, during the small hours of the night, I'll paint from memory what I have seen in the streets until I am under the impression of being with them again.

I spent a lot of time in churches. If you go to a synagogue, someone is always asking if you're alone, if you're married. In a church, in a hundred years no one would ask.

I keep painting on newspapers, maps, and books spending days in bookstores to look for old paintings and young painters.

He really wants to create something with social benefit, encouraging people to consider cartoons as art and enjoy that art. It will be wonderful for New York City and will encourage even more people to come here.

The decision to commence blasting in this specific quadrant two weeks before the hearing seems intended to carry out as much irreversible demolition of protected resources as possible before the Court can consider the merits.
