We have PEO and bridge clubs who meet here a lot. Several businesses have their holiday or annual meetings here. Caterers come in for special events and use our kitchen facility. We also have groups from town decorate each room at Christmas and we're featured in Wakefield's Tour of Homes at that time.

We average 40 customers per day (at noon), but the conservatory alone holds 60. We also deliver homes to residents in Wakefield.
