I'll be 38 in October and it'll be a good time to call it a day at the end of the season, ... If the team go up then I'll be too old to play in the Premiership. With my role, you can't do that forever.

When I retire I'm gonna bet on Wolves drawing every game. I'll be a multi-millionaire!

It's been a frustrating six weeks but I'm hoping that within three weeks I'll be at a stage where I'm playing.

If the team go up then I'll be too old to play in the Premiership. With my game and my role you can't do that forever so I think this'll be my last year.

Rio can play that holding midfield position for England - the kid is good enough to do it. Sven should be looking at Rio to do that in the World Cup because I think he is awesome. He can play centre-half, right-back, anywhere.

The good thing about the international break is that it gives me time to get a proper game in behind closed doors or in the reserve team and build up my match fitness.

I love tackling, love it. It's better than sex.
