"Paul Hart" is an English Association football/football manager and former football Defender (association football)/defender, who was the Academy Director at Charlton Athletic. The son of Johnny Hart (footballer)/Johnny Hart, a football inside forward and manager, Hart had five-year spells with both Blackpool F.C./Blackpool and Leeds United A.F.C./Leeds United, while also playing for Nottingham Forest F.C./Nottingham Forest and Sheffield Wednesday F.C./Sheffield Wednesday amongst others.

He began his management career with Chesterfield F.C./Chesterfield in 1988, but left within three years and spent the following decade as a youth team coach for Leeds United and then Nottingham Forest.

In 2001, he returned to management with Nottingham Forest F.C./Nottingham Forest, later managing Barnsley F.C./Barnsley, Rushden & Diamonds F.C./Rushden & Diamonds, Portsmouth F.C./Portsmouth, Queens Park Rangers F.C./Queens Park Rangers, Crystal Palace F.C./Crystal Palace and most recently Swindon Town F.C./Swindon Town.

In 2014, he joined the youth set-up at Notts County as their Acting Academy Manager.
