I find it maddening, as a consumer, when I'm calling a company that I pay, like my phone company, my cable company, and they refuse to let me talk to a human.

Plus, it always bugged me to see how my dad became unable to use the phone when the computers started taking over. So part of my motivation for this fight is in his name.

We had some fairly high expectations and it exceeded our expectations. We're more than happy.
