We've seen a change overall in the housing market. Last year we saw a continued increase throughout the year. The market is still strong, but what we're seeing is an increase in inventory. Where people used to have five houses to look at, now they have 15.

You're never out of touch and there's a price to pay for that. It's called 'responsiveness,' and our customers expect a reasonable response time if they call in with a question.

We opened in July. It's the biggest firm in the county, and that's because we combined our two offices ... the New Baltimore office and the in-town Warrenton office, and then more associates came in.

The cheapest houses we've seen sell recently have been in the $235,000 to $240,000 range, and that's for a townhouse. And the newer townhouses are up around $340,000.
