Once the power companies had done their job, they gave us the OK to go in, and we were able to go in an do our job. We are hoping to restore all cable within the next week, and this includes Internet service as well. If you have cable (television), you should have Internet service as well. If you don't, please call us.

We think it's sex discrimination. The purpose of treatments are to accomplish pregnancy, and to not pay for that medical treatment obviously affects women.

Patience, please, please, please.

We, like so many others, are at the mercy of the power. We have power to the head end and at our offices. Now, it's a matter of assessing the damage and waiting for the power to come back.

We will be donating air time for 10 million public service announcements as well as $50,000 cash, and working with local shelters to provide them with free cable and high-speed Internet service.

We are assessing the damage and will get the cable back up just as soon as we can. We know that is in our customers' best interests as well as our best interest.

It's sort of like your Hell's Angels, but not quite.
