I'm really glad. The time trial is always so tough and when you've got strong competition it's fantastic to come up with a win.

The thinking was that one person on their own could not possibly stay out there for that long on their own. We were wrong there.

I was in an awesome position coming into the sprint and I just didn't have the legs to beat Regina, but with a bit more work, maybe I'll get her next year. I'm pretty happy with the result. I put myself in the race and all the girls did a really good job today.

That was a very dangerous moment. Amber's a strong rider and she's won races like that before. The Germans did what they had to do, or maybe she might have been gone.

We are going to have to go back home and do some serious training and get in shape if we are going to take on the Kiwis.

Amy should have been here today and it's really sad that she wasn't. All we can do is continue to ride and take motivation from the fact that she was such a fantastic friend to us all.
