We're very disappointed with the arbitrator's proposal. But we also realize that this district needs to move on. We need to start working on the future.

I think all of us were hoping for a little bit more of a PEA-sided mediated settlement. It seems very close to the board's final best offer and we really hoped that it would be closer to ours.
