"Jose Emmanuel M. Eala", better known as "Noli Eala", was the sixth commissioner of the Philippine Basketball Association from 2003 PBA season/2003 to 2006-07 PBA season/2007. Before he became the commissioner of the league, he was a play-by-play commentator of Vintage Television/Viva-Vintage Sports, which broadcasts the PBA Games, from the early 1990s until 2002. He was elected as commissioner of the league in 2002 after his predecessor, Jun Bernardino/Emilio "Jun" Bernardino, retired from his post.
