It turned out not to be such a bad name, especially on the football field, ... You kind of want to be known as the goon on the football field.

For the first few days, it was kind of hard. After I talked to my mom and family, they told me not to worry about it. Then my teammates started really joking about it so it kind of opened me up about it.

It was a little bit. They're ACC, we're Atlantic 10. They're supposed to play physical.

I kind of expected it. I think it's over with for the most part. I'm cool with all of it. I don't even worry about it no more.

A lot of people have told me that I was very aggressive and they think I can play.

I was not trying to injure anybody. You go down to the big man's area, you're supposed to get banged around. It's a physical area.

I definitely never sensed it would be as big as it became. After the game, I thought maybe they'd talk about it for one or two days and then it would be over with. It kind of lingered.

I don't want any fouls. It was just basically, go in and try to establish the floor without fouling. The referees, I knew they were going to have the whistle in their mouth as soon as I got close to somebody with the ball.
