We just loved this place. People are so nice. If somebody stops the car, people come ask if you have any problems. It's not like that in New York City. Here, people have time.

We don't really eat hot, hot foods. People have that wrong impression. We eat food flavored with spices, but the spices are not hot. Our curries are spiced, but not hot.

From November to December, we were living a retired life. We didn't have anything to do, but we're New Yorkers! Something has to happen - something must go on!
