There's definitely a need in this area. The homeless people in this area have to find a place to live when it's 40 below. Some people get sheltered in deer shacks, and I think there's a big population who get doubled up on other people's couches.

Paul Wellstone was a person who really would have liked to see something like this happen. Projects that help people in need are what he wanted; it's really fitting.
