I think everybody, both active workers and retirees, will be pleasantly surprised with the package after reading or hearing everything that's been reported by the media.

The bottom line is we have a very well-educated work force. The retirees are the same way. They see it for what it is. They understand it. Times are what they are. Health care costs are rising rapidly.
