Whatever goes up could come down.
Our biggest challenge is looking at where those individuals have been displaced to. We're doing our best to look at continuity of care for those individuals.
One could argue we're entering into a wave right now, but I don't know that for sure. I would think probably not. I do think the market is set up for a correction.
