If the Legislature enacted every initiative (Doyle) proposed tomorrow, it would be less than $15 million -- out of a $50 billion state budget.

This is a person who has a long history in Wisconsin including as a former legislator and as a member of the governor's administration. The governor always picks the people who are best for the jobs.

There is no connection. The PSC is an independent agency.

He doesn't have to worry about the governor running a clean campaign. That's what he's always done and that's what he's going to do this time.

We review these (donations) on a case-by-case basis. In this case, some new information was brought to light, and we felt it was appropriate to return these contributions to these individuals.

There's absolutely no connection between the campaign and government.

The governor is confident his veto will be upheld in the Assembly. He does not think people in Wisconsin will be any safer carrying loaded weapons around.

The governor is focused on what families in Wisconsin are focused on, which is how they afford their health care, how they pay their heating bills and how they fill their gas tanks.
