We can't take penalties early in the games if we're not going to be able to kill them. We shot ourselves in the foot tonight.

You can say we played better, but when you still lose it is not fun. We can't get down on ourselves. We have to turn this thing around.

It's frustrating. It's not fun, but we can't get down on ourselves. We have to turn this thing around somehow.

We seem to be creating a lot of odd-man rushes. We're killing a penalty, but we seem to be jumping into the play and doing things like blocking shots to create a 2-on-1. We seem to be able to score and we're finishing those chances and I can't really explain why.

Alex and I clicked right off the bat in training camp, so it's no surprise.

I was pretty fortunate to get a giveaway by their goalie to take advantage of.

Kyle is a lot more crafty than we are, so he should go in the middle.

We have been trying to worry about ourselves and hope that the other teams will lose some games. But that's not what has happened. [Tampa Bay, Montreal and the New Jersey Devils] have kept winning.

Mats is our best player, in fact he's a world-class player. When you get on an odd-man rush, you know he's going to get the puck to you.
