I expected a close game, a very physical game. But I think we stretched them out there in the first quarter by hitting a lot of threes and then we started getting a lot of offensive rebounds, and I think it just kind of snowballed from there. We knew we could run some sets and I told them before the game, if the shots are dropping, let's run with it.

That was the best we've played on the offensive end as a team this year.

I think our perimeter play has been solid all year. Other teams underestimate our guards, and we've got a year's more experience inside.

I just told them to relax. There was never any yelling, no Xs and Os. I just said we were trying to force the issue.

I thought we came out on fire at first. Then we let them get back into the game with a lot of lapses defensively. We were hot with the three and then we missed a few and kept shooting them. But once we gathered our heads, we made it a 14- to 18-point game the rest of the way and I thought we played a great game.

I don't see the pressure. I don't see the pressure in the players' eyes. Just excitement.

I know they've gotten a lot better since last I saw them. They seem to push the ball, and they do a good job of getting the ball to their big guys. I think Eagle was one of the better teams up there, and they beat them twice.

I just think they were not going to be denied. They were not going to be denied.

They kind of ran into a buzz saw. It wasn't anything Capital did. ... We just shot the lights out.
