I would have rather had a league title for the school and the kids, but it's an accomplishment I'm proud of.

It's going to be a stretch, but if the fall on their face here and we wrestle well, we can beat them. We want to send the seniors off on a fun night.

They're going to have to wrestle well, but they all could place. Right now, they're in the top 32 in the state and every match they win that number gets smaller. It's a good accomplishment to get to the final 32, but let's build on it.

A lot of teams were using this as a tune-up for state and district, but we were putting pressure on the kids to perform, perform, perform. Everybody kept a good attitude and I was happy with how they responded.

We want to promote it as much as we can. This week is for the kids, they work hard and they have a beautiful facility. We have two chances this year to show it off and do it right.

Every kid has a winnable match. On a bad weekend, we get three kids to place and on a good weekend we get all eight to place.

The stress is out of the way, we're putting the pedal to the metal for state and district.

He dominated a little more than the score showed. At state, he's been there before, he shouldn't be star struck and he should be ready to go.

Considering where the program has come from, it's a major accomplishment.
