He's had a lot of success. He's proved he can play at a high level. He's also seen the good and the bad - he's been through that. He's a guy that's going to support Donovan, and if needed, to play. He'll go in and play well, and bank on all the experiences he's had.

He had everything you would want in a quarterback. He had a great feel, great instincts, played the game in a natural manner. He made things happen. He made excellent decisions. He was a consistent player at a high level.

The first year with T.O. was as good as you can get. The second year was as bad as you get. It didn't work and we've moved on. Mike has proved he's a tough and durable. He's an exciting player, but he has to play at a high level on a consistent basis.

What a great opportunity. That opportunity comes with great responsibility. I take that very seriously.

There's a bunch of different scenarios that could happen. We're right in the middle of that, right now.

He can get in and out [of cuts], can create some separation, he's a smooth guy. He's got great hands... Quite possibly, his best years are in front of him.

Absolutely. We're going through that process right now. There's a bunch of different situations that could happen depending on Jon's situation, depending on free agency and depending on the draft.
