It's hard to watch them go through that test that before they even go through sets them as a failure and I resent it. I don't think they've (CSAP tests) done a single good thing for them.

It makes us look like we're not a superior school district when in reality we are.

There are several students who have severely low external cognitive functioning skill levels.
