Our defense was playing well, but we couldn't get off the field on third or fourth downs. Once they scored, they had the momentum going, so it was real big that our offense put a drive together and scored.

All of their lineman can pull, even though they are big guys, and can create holes for Irons.

He hits the hole real fast and real hard, and he's a real tough runner. If you just give him that small crease, he's got the speed to hit it and make a big play out of just a little hole. He's a pretty explosive back.

Irons works extremely hard and runs hard. He also has the speed to go to the house with it (for a touchdown).

I feel stronger, I feel faster and healthier than I've ever felt. It's fun when you feel good.

It's a lot of fun to have people come out really excited and after a little while have the crowd be silent.

From the middle linebacker position, you have to be really verbal and I have no problem with that. There is no room for a quiet player on the football field.

There were a couple of plays I was very disappointed with myself. I just didn't read the right key and wasn't sure on a couple of tackles . . . But throughout the game I thought we both played better.

Anything I can do to help these young guys out - communication on the field or watching film - these guys are great athletes, I'd like to help them out any way I could.
