When I knew Elmer, he went to the mound, he opened up and he was just about full speed on his first warm-up pitch. That struck me as being unusual.

You want your best scorer to get the ball.

None at all. When you get to that level, you're there to win games.

We didn't get rattled by (the dunk) at all. Defense won it for us. The turnovers created a lot of energy, and we play off of energy.
