"Marcelo Balboa" is a retired American soccer defender (football)/defender who played in the 1990s for the United States men's national soccer team/U.S. national team, becoming its Captain (association football)/captain. After retiring from playing, he has worked as a commentator for ESPN and ABC Sports/ABC and MLS games on HDNet and Altitude Sports and Entertainment/Altitude, as well as FIFA World Cup games on Univision. He is a member of the National Soccer Hall of Fame. He is currently the head boys soccer coach for Monarch High School (Colorado)/Monarch High School in Louisville, Colo.

Going into that stadium and getting a tie was phenomenal, ... That was the best we have played as a team being a man down.
