Most scientists - no matter what they're doing, good or bad - never get any attention at all.
It's completely irrelevant whether something is good or bad or valuable or worthless.
Cannot or should not be reproduced.
It's about stuff that first makes people laugh, and then makes them think. What they think is up to them.
Some of them had done things that really, really stun you when you hear about them. Nothing would ever be considered a breakthrough unless it first seemed a little ridiculous.
The achievements speak for themselves, all too eloquently.
