When you are losing it is easy for people to see the negative side of it but for us it is probably the best system to suit the players we have got at the moment and we are playing it really well.

Gary Neville has been the best right-back in the Premier League for the last eight years or so and he is someone that you know you can rely on. He is always steady and doesn't do anything silly. He is a great player and I would like to have the same attributes as him.

There is a real strength in depth and when we see the finishing line we will be looking to push on this year. There has been no excuse for what we have done in previous years but we are better equipped this season than any to continue this run.
