She can be temperamental, like you think of someone who's an artist. As a business manager, she's tough on expenses and keeping things under control. She's very close with her daughter, and she's a good mother. As a friend, she's a lot of fun and very caring. She's a person I would invite to my birthday party.

It's important for people to have a person connection with Karla and Quantum. Everybody wants to talk to her. It has been hard for her to lose her personal connection with the audience. But for Quantum to grow, that needed to happen.
