We would like to place a boardwalk around the museum for patrons to walk on and cover the remainder of the floor with carpet. Heating and air conditioning are our biggest objectives. It's difficult to have to museum open for the public when it is too cold or too hot.

The top 10 things that made Fremont County the place it is today. We also want to add a clothing store to the already existing rooms of the museum and make more room for the Native American section.

We are blessed to have such wonderful history here in Fremont County. In order for it to be respected and admired by young and old, we first need to modify and rehabilitate.

You would be amazed at how many people check records. It's even more amazing that we have so many records in good shape that people can use.

Board members in 2004, passed an ambitious plan to ensure the entire collection is stored properly and to change the exhibits on display. We have the ideas, manpower, buildings and historical items - it's the money we lack.
