This is whacking out the weeds to get to the real issue. But I must say I don't view this as anything more at this point than dealing with dated odds and ends.

The plaintiffs have leaked confidential information in violation of a court order, and we cannot violate the court order ourselves by discussing what they have leaked, ... Plaintiffs have filed things containing sealed material, and I am just not going to get into the sewer with them.

There are people out there that have significant disabilities. This recognizes the right of that person to show that to a jury.

It's a great way to put stuff out, send it out, let everybody read it and then say 'Oops,' ... You'd hear them screaming like wounded animals if we did the same to them. So that's it. I'm just not going to sink to their level.

Anybody can make an allegation, ... They've made allegations for years, but they have not backed them up with responsible evidence. We really cannot play this game of they make an outrageous allegation and we respond.

The university remains committed to the safety of all of its students and the welfare of all of its students, but the university is not a mind reader.

When we learn about things, we take an action.
