I took a week off last weekend. This weekend I need to make sure I'm back in race shape and back to my most competitive level.

We will definitely step up next week, the competition will be much better next week.

It's a high quality meet, and a good opportunity to get times in.

My legs were really tight today, so I didn't run all my events. I saw what I can improve, and I need to work on my start in the 60.
