"Konrad Becker" is a hypermedia researcher and interdisciplinary content developer, Director of the Institute for New Culture Technologies-t0 and initiator of Public Netbase and [http://world-information.org World-Information.Org]. The full results are not a surprise. But it is a big achievement that the return of 25 percent has been reached. These are positive figures.
