Without going through a lot of detail, the issue of ownership of the land area occupied by the Nevada Test Site, and for that matter very large sections of Nevada and Utah, is very complex (going back to the Ruby Valley Treaty) and in our eyes has been resolved.

That's not a concern here. The location of this test is not on contaminated soil. It's native soil so there is no radioactive contamination in the area. Radiation is not a concern because there is none.

The bottom line is a green light to go ahead and conduct it.

We all benefit from the economic growth of this community; that in part means more air traffic, so we should all focus and pay our fair share.

It was a peaceful demonstration.

The whole town benefits from economic growth. The whole town should pay their fair share.
