We have been trying to get the word out all filing season. We know that April 15th certainly stands out as the usual filing date. But we want to make sure that everyone knows they have longer this year and know what the correct deadline is.

The computer is doing a lot of stuff to check for math errors. It's asking about deductions and credits. It's verifying that you put in the right stuff and used the correct tables. It's a much more accurate process.

These folks are misusing it. They're trying to skip out on their tax bills.

And, of course, smoking is now illegal in a theater. We have the convention of cigarettes. But they don't get lit. Events comes and go so fast the audience probably won't notice.

New Yorkers get until midnight April 18 to file their taxes this year.

If you have money to pay part of it, go ahead and send that in and include that on the form, and then you'll be directed - based on how much has been paid - what you need to pay on a monthly basis.

You type in some basic information - your name, your Social Security number and also the amount of refund expected - and it'll tell you how long it's going to be before you get your refund.

I'm not sure how the actors and the director (Myra Platt) will eventually deal with the horse autopsy.
