Wherever you're located, you can be a good producer or a poor one in terms of being lower cost and higher return. Concentrate on being a good producer in your location through management. That far outweighs any regional differences.

This happens every year, but in '06, it will be bigger. There are going to be some people that will say it's not worth fighting anymore.

Bottom line, my numbers are suggesting that 2006 won't necessarily be that bad a year for non-irrigated farmers.
