Based upon the satellite data we have received from Hawkeye and the results from our first well, we believe we have selected an extremely desirable location for our second well. We are still in the testing phase of our initial well after our fracture stimulation treatment in February 2006.

This project has previously been delayed based upon rig availability but we are now excited that we have a rig secured and should begin drilling within the next thirty days. If successful, this project matches our goals of producing cash flow and enhancing shareholder value.

The results of this second well will be extremely important to us. Log analysis of our initial well indicates we are in a highly fractured area of the New Albany Shale, which is what is required to produce natural gas in commercial quantities.
