We started putting more pressure on them defensively, started to take care of the ball. I think our nerves rattled us in the first few minutes. Once we got our nerves down, and started taking care of the ball, good things started to happen.
The last few games, she is really stepping up. Up and down during the season, she has definitely peaked at the right time. She is playing real well for us.
The last few weeks have been unbelievable.
We knew they were sagging off us a bit, so we knew if we could keep them honest a bit from the outside, it would open up the inside.
We didn't have one person you could focus on. It was a team effort.
You know, we have talked about that. It just matters what we believe. And we believe. If there are doubters, too bad. We believe in ourselves, and that's all that matters.
We thought we would surprise some people, and I think we have done that. Our senior leadership from top to bottom is outstanding. You can't find much better.
It's crazy. Kids don't even want to be at school.
It looked like I had a ball under my shirt.
