"Keith Stuart Hackett" is an England/English former Football (soccer)/football Referee (association football)/referee, who began refereeing in local leagues in the Sheffield, West Riding of Yorkshire area in 1960. What appears to have been forgotten is that the referee is linked, with his two assistants and the fourth official, to a communication system that backs up the flag.
