If someone was worried about the fourth quarter this may have alleviated that.

Cisco is already doing growing business with mobile operators with the products and services they have in their portfolio, so (there's) no pressing need to acquire new products to get into this business.

It is clear that the market growth has been strong.

Nokia Networks will be smaller than this new entity. They will have to at least acknowledge the fact that organic growth won't be enough and that there is a need for acquisitions to strengthen product portfolio and market share.

It looks strong on almost all accounts.

To me its seems they (Cisco) is making organically good growth.

And they haven't seen a seasonal slowdown yet. Usually during late Q4 Nokia and others realize that they have shipped enough handsets and tone down their orders from companies like TI. But this hasn't happened yet.
