We really pride ourselves that people usually go away feeling a lot better going away than when they came in; even if they owe taxes, they still go away feeling better. The fear of the unknown is worse than knowing - even if you owe money - and it's just too bad that people have to be stressed out about taxes.

With the laws changing like they are, I'd hate to have somebody doing my taxes who hadn't had a class for the last 10 years.
